PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Prefabricated steel structure building is manufactured and constructed using prefabrication. It consists of factory-made components or units that are transported and assembled on-site to form the complete building.
What is steel structure?
A steel structure is a metal structure made of structural steel members that are connected to each other to carry loads and provide complete rigidity. Due to the high strength grade of steel, this structure is reliable and requires less raw material than other types of structures such as concrete structures and wood structures.
In modern buildings, steel structures are used in almost every type of structure, including heavy industrial buildings, multi-storey buildings, equipment support systems, infrastructure, bridges, towers, airport terminals, and more.
What is steel structure's character?
1. High Strength But Light Weight
Steel has high strength and high modulus of elasticity. Compared with concrete and wood, the steel structure has a lighter weight. So it is easier to transport and install. And it is obviously better suitable for large spans, high rise, and heavy loads structure.
2. More toughness, More plasticity, Material Uniform & More reliable structure
Steel material is better to undertake impact and dynamic loads with good seismic performance. Its internal structure is uniform, close to an isotropic homogeneous body. The actual working performance conforms to the calculation theory. Therefore, the reliability of the steel structure is high.
3. High degree Installation Mechanization
Steel structural components are easy to manufacture in factory and assemble on site. The mechanized manufacture has high precision with high production efficiency. And it's fast assembled on site with quick construction time. Steel structure is the most industrialized structure.
4. Good Sealing Performance
The welded structure can be completely sealed. Therefore it support to be made into products with good air tightness and good water tightness, like the high-pressure container, the large oil sump and pressure pipes.
5. Heat-resistant But No fire-resistant
When the temperature is below 150 ºC, the steel properties almost don't change. When the temperature is between 300 ºC and 400 ºC, the steel strength and elastic modulus are significantly reduced. When the temperature is around 600 ºC, the strength of the steel tends to zero. So the steel structure surface should be protected with a heat insulation board. In the buildings required special fire protection, the steel structure must be protected with refractory materials to improve the fire resistance level.
6. Poor Corrosion Resistance
Especially in the environment of moist and corrosive media, it is easy to rust. The general steel structure should be derusted, galvanized or painted, and should be regularly maintained. For offshore platform structures in seawater, special measures such as "zinc block anode protection" are required to prevent corrosion.
7. Low carbon, Energy saving, Green and environmental, Material recycled
The demolition of steel structures hardly generates construction waste, and the steel can be recycled.

Processing Show as belows:
Prepare Raw Materials
Cut steel plate or use international size H section steel and angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube etc.;
Assembly and Welding
Our welders will follow the drawings to assemble the steel members and weld them together as a entire beam/column/brace and so on;
Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding. This process will go through the 1st quality check.
Sand blast
After finish welding and polishing, our sand effect can reach international 2.5 high grade, very good for resist rust. This process will go through 2nd quality check.
Paint
Within 2 hours after sand blast, all the steel members should be painted. Clients can choose any color and any brand of painting. This process will go through 3rd quality check.
Inspect the goods by clients
After we finish a part of fabrication work, we will invite clients to inspect the goods before we pack the steel components. If not available to inspect, we could send video for reference.
